With a strong background in domestic cleaning and a passion for polished systems, Shelley oversees every part of the business, from client processes and staff training to quality standards. She believes cleaning isn’t just about tidy spaces, it’s about creating comfort, reducing stress, and giving people back their time. Newcastle is her home, and supporting the local community is at the core of what she does.

Alicia is Shelley’s daughter and a bright, bubbly part-time member of the Helping Hands team. She works alongside Shelley during selected client visits, offering an enthusiastic second pair of hands and a naturally caring presence.
At just 16, she brings genuine warmth, positive energy, and a strong passion for helping people. Clients appreciate her friendly nature, reliability, and the extra support she provides during each visit.
